Bills that can effect either positive or negative for MMJ reform

Bills that we need to be aware of and to write or email our legislators about.
First is HB1186, http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/asse…/…/2017R/Bills/HB1186.pdf
HB1182, http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/asse…/…/2017R/Bills/HB1182.pdf
HB1181, http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/assemb…/…/2017R/Bills/HB1186.p
HB1180, http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/asse…/…/2017R/Bills/HB1180.pdf
GREAT BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Though these do not deal directly with mmj, it could have a huge positive impact on it. It will allow nurse practitioners to write prescriptions requiring a DEA license. This means that a nurse practitioner will be able to write mmj recommendations. Since nurses are much more supportive off MMJ, this will be a GOOD thing.

Next on the list is SB130. HORRIBLE BILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

http://www.arkleg.state.ar.us/assem…/…/2017R/Bills/SB130.pdf
This bill would create a NIGHTMARE for MMJ patients. Since cannabis remains in your system for up to 30 days, this bill could potentially make a mmj patient a criminal by having it in their system if involved in an accident, even if the patient is NOT under the influence.
PLEASE WRITE OR EMAIL YOUR LEGISLATURES ABOUT ALL OF THESE BILLS. THESE CAN POTENTIALLY HELP OR HARM MMJ REFORM

IF WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT HELPING ADVANCE MMJ REFORM, YOU MUST GET INVOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
