PATIENT DAY AT THE CAPITOL

We are having a Patient Day at the Capitol.  We are asking as many patients as possible to join us March 21, beginning@ 12:00.  We will meet and visit with as many legislators as possible.  Let them hear your stories and put an actual face to the patients that their decisions are effecting. We would like to provide t-shirts for each one that will attend.

Please email me @ Melissa@drugpolicyeducation.org to let me know you are attending and what size shirt you will need.  You need to respond by March 15 in order to get your shirt. We will gather on the second floor of the Rotunda.  Learn who your Senator and Representative is before you arrive.

We are sponsoring a dinner for legislators from 4:00-6:00 and all who attend the patient day will be invited.

Please put this day on your calendar.  It is critical that we make a good showing so that our legislators understand that this is truly about PATIENTS.
